Shipping policy

Free Shipping (Australia and NZ): Free standard shipping is offered for all purchases over $125. During the End of Summer Sale, we offer free shipping for orders over $100 for all Australian orders. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Special "Free shipping" days apply to Australia only, unless specified.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping thresholds are based on your delivery address country and calculated in that country's currency, regardless of payment method used.

Worldwide Shipping: Free shipping is offered for all purchases over $149. Customers are responsible for any additional duty or customs or tariff fees/taxes incurred for shipping to their local country.

Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply to all orders which are below the above amount, the standard shipping price is determined at the checkout depending on your order.

Express Shipping: We offer express shipping on all orders for an additional $15.00 (Australia). Prices vary internationally. During promotional "Free Shipping" days, all shipping will take place as standard shipping only.

Delivery to PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes in Australia.

We ship all orders from our Australian warehouse on the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, most orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

Over holiday and busier periods please allow extra time for your order to be shipped.

Please note: Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the Australia Post, NZ Post, USPS and other applicable postage websites. Parcels are left in a safe place on delivery.
