Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds on items purchased prior to sale events.
Black Friday Sale
- All sale items are eligible for store credit returns only
- Bikini tops and bottoms are Final Sale (no returns)
- Discount codes cannot be stacked with sale prices
- Due to high volume, return processing may take up to 2 weeks
- No exchanges available during this period
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" (including bikini tops and bottoms) are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. A Final Sale item will say "Final Sale" in the heading. If you return a Final Sale item anyway, we'll deduct a $10 handling fee and issue the remainder as store credit only.
Returns and exchanges
For items purchased during non-sale events, we offer full refunds or ONE exchange option (Australia and NZ only). You'll receive 100% of your purchase price back - you just need to cover the return shipping.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, as new, with tags and hygiene labels attached
- For exchanges:
- Check www.togsau.com for availability before returning
- Items must be of equal or lesser value
- You pay to send your item back to us
- We'll cover the shipping cost to send your new size/item to you
- If an exchange is not available, we will refund you instead
- Please allow one week from the day we receive your item for returns to be processed
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Store credit is valid for 2 years and assigned to your original purchase email address
- Store credit cannot be converted to another form of payment
- Items purchased from other stores must be returned to the point of purchase
