How do discount codes work?
Got a discount code? Here's how to use it:
- Look for codes in your email - we send special offers to our subscribers!
- When you're ready to buy, simply type your code in the checkout box before you pay
- Just keep in mind that during sale events, items are already discounted, so discount codes cannot be applied

Can I return an item bought on sale?
Yes, you can return sale items! Here's how it works:
For regular sales (everyday discounts):
- You can get a refund
- Or make one free exchange
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
During special events like the Black Friday period:
- Returns are welcome, but you'll receive store credit instead of a refund

How do I change my password or reset on my account?
Go to our website, at the top right corner click on the profile icon and enter your email. You will receive an email with a once off login code.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes we do. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
Who do you ship with?
We ship all orders with Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand, Australia Post International for International orders. Orders sent to the USA will convert to USPS on arrival. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Parcels will be left in a safe place unless specified in your delivery instruction notes at checkout.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer Refunds & Exchanges?
We happily offer refunds and one free exchange on all our swimsuits purchased from this website, with the exception of items marked as "Final Sale" and items purchased during sale events.
Items purchased from other stores must be returned to the point of purchase. Please note that store returns policies may differ from our online returns.
