Use a tape measure or if you don't have one, use string and measure the string with a ruler.
It is best to wear a non-padded bra when measuring your bust. Be sure to keep the tape measure horizontal when measuring, place a tape measure around your body, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust.
Waist
Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in your torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7"-9" below waistline), keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

I have just purchased these black bathers. I have previously bought the same style twice in red. Over the years I have a number of other Togs bathers in different styles. I have not been disappointed in any of them. They fit well and I like the tummy control and the density/quality/colour of the fabrics. I take a size 12 and they are true to size. I’m not sure the fit is quite the best but as I am in the uk it isn’t easy to try a variety of sizes.

Probably my 10th pair of this style. Notice you have added strap adjusters which I don't need. These get very hot in the sun. Bathers are great as usual.

Before I tried it on I thought it looked too small. But fit like a glove I'm big busted and don't like any padding but in this suit it holds me in place.
