Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes we do. Please visit our shipping page for more information.

Who do you ship with?

We ship all orders with Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand, Australia Post International for International orders. Orders sent to the USA will convert to USPS on arrival. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Parcels will be left in a safe place unless specified in your delivery instruction notes at checkout.

Do you offer Refunds & Exchanges?

We happily offer refunds and exchanges on all our products purchased from this website, with the exception of items purchased on sale and clearance.
